Can SOMEONE please explain why Decaf will obviously come on dyestat but will not respond to my PMs or emails? All I want to do is enter his race!

Agreed ... that was a cool meet. Reminds me of the college distance nights like Princeton or even Penn - only distance races and the hardcore distance fans are left. Haverford used to have these (maybe still do) and the only purpose was to get fast times. I recommend going to these to any coach for any level of kid.

I assume those "WWPs" are all yours and not Brian's. Hopefully some of them are underclassmen; looks like the foundation of a nice XC team.

Since this thread includes a bunch of 3200s, we'll add the Henderson Inv in PA results. It was a 2 mile with another camera at the 3200 (3200 splits on right). They also had hand timed 3000s. Pace slowed down after first two laps. The lead pack went thru 1600 at 4:40 but slowed to 72s soon after.

in the two faster sections Foy, McKee, and Hiller are the only seniors.

Foy's time may be a stadium record. They used to hold the sectionals here, but I don't know if anyone ran that fast then. Segal usually had team duties to take care of. If LOHAD is floating around here, he'd know. If not I'll find out from him Monday.
As for the meet itself...every year it gets better. I am trying to create a local place for kids to run fast distance races. I am sick of hearing that the weather in Jersey hurts us. The Del's track is fast and protected from the wind. The setting is as good as it gets. Here's to hoping these meets take off and we can create a stronger distance running community here in Jersey. Email me if you want to be part of either meet on the 14th or 27th. 1600's and some srping relays races. mcaferty@alumni.princeton.edu
I'll post more info tonight or tomorrow.

What about someone running at the old Holmdel International? I think they used to have an open 3k (maybe 2 mile), and I remember some folks running 8:20-8:30 BITD.
