200M Hurdles

Just wondering has anyone tried the 200m Hurdles ? I tried it the other day at a meet and its a hard event .Getting spacings in between hurdles is really hard!

If anyone has tried it , got any tips for the event? :confused:

I've always wanted to see what it would be like to run a 210m hurdle race with 20 hurdles, i think that would be cool. THAT would be the man-killer event.

My conference in college had the 200m Hurdles as an indoor event my freshmen year. They took it away after that year, which pissed me off because that is a sweet event.

dont they do 200mh for the younger groups of girls in aau and usatf
its to prepare the younger girls for the 400mh
i believe that the spacing is the same as that of the 400mh .. not sure though

Yes the spacing is exactly the same.
