Any thoughts on who the Top Girls 4x400's in MA are? What will they run?

You'll be seeing the Newton North girls running. We've got 6 possible relay runners: Seniors Simone Weisman (59.9), Lizzie Fulton (sub 58), Azuree Catledge (58.?), and Sophomores Lily Brown (can go sub 62), Kat Chiong (61.5) and Arielle Dembe (around 64). Also, if Junior Julie Blanchard wasn't injured she would definately be in it. Her sophomore year she reached around 60.2 in the outdoor state meet last year where we won too(with weisman, fulton and senior steph o'brien(graduated)). Bridgewater Raynham is very amazing with Jen Lin as their anchor leg, who i believe has reached in the 58's.

Pretty good bet that, in MA, if a team runs just under 4:00 they make it to NE Champs?

i don't know about a "pretty good bet" seeing as how last years winners ran 3:58.28 and only graduate 1 girl, so who knows what could happen there

how come no one has mentioned Bridgewater-Raynhham Reg? they ran a 4:01.07 last eyar for 3rd and are also only graduating one runner.

I think that another team to look out for at ne's would be ridfield even though they finshed 12th last year in 4:06.87 they has a frosh, 2 sophs and a junior, so they return everybody, and i'm sure they're very thirsty for that title

I remember her. She's amazing at the 400 too...I believe her time last year as a freshman was sub 60 and I think I remember her being the same leg as me at the state meet in indoor for the 4 x 400. She got 6th overall in the 300 too which is intense.
