I have been having problems with my right hip flexor for the past few weeks. I'm pretty sure I injured it in a split moment while sprinting the last 200 of a workout on the track and stopped too quickly at the line, specifically on my right leg causing the damage. Has anyone had a similar injury or just hip flexor problems and how do you deal with it / how long does it take to go away.
