Todd Clancy?

Who is this guy? I have been looking through old state results and every year this guy seems to come in about 20 seconds behind the rest of the field.

How does he even make it to the state meet??

Todd Clancy is fast, you just never know circumstances that can affect one's performance I guess.

The state meet isn't always indicative of how good a runner is.

Haha yeah I was noticing that too, even better since one year it's the 800 and another the 3200 (I think). Must just choke at state or something, maybe it's the hear.He's fast though, when I first saw this years state XC results I saw he beat me by like 3 places or something, my reaction was something like "Man, Clancy beat me at state? Haha my race was worse than I thought;) "

I ran with Clancy at Ike's White Pass XC camp, nice guy, faster than me, which doesn't mean much, i think three A maybe? Yeah I've seen him at state, last year he said something or other about it, i think just that it wasn't his best race day.
