I was curious to know if Jay Koloseus was running in the Irv Black Invite up at Trinitiy College in Hartford or if he was flying out to the Lindgren Invitational. He's entered on both start lists, and since one is on the other side of the country...

I was wondering this as well. Good to see him at least have the opportunity to run at at the Lindgren Invite.
The Irv Black meet looks like it should have some decent races, though it may rain on Saturday.

That's called a performance list - it's what everyone is seeded at for the meet. If you would like to congratulate him wait until after his race tomorrrow.

Id say the biggest BS has to be the 43.x in the 400 hurdles, hope somebody thought that this was a 300 hurdles.

Results so far:
4x800 Manchester 8:04 over Amity 8:04 with Ellington 3rd in 8:08(?)
5000 was Matt Warren in 15:48, with James Wyper (me) 15:49 Third place was NFA in 15:55 over Zablocki (spelling) also 15:55. Then maybe Marantz in 16:05, not exactly sure.

For all you freshman who are so obsessed with what other freshman are running, the JV 1600 was won by Hall's Everett Hackett in a time of 4:44.X running basically four 71 quarters.

Does anybody have the results from the Lindgren Invite? I'm assuming that since Kolosseus didn't run at Irv Black that he instead ran there, but I'm not sure?

splits for the 4x8's at all??
Ellington:
Norte' 2:01.1
Senger 2:03.2
Anselmo 2:02.9
Metzger 2:00.2
Senger is a converted 400m runner like Wirtalla and this was his first 800m in an invite. Metzger plays football and basketball so is a little short on training compared to Whalen, that probably why he blew up the last 100m.

Also, long jump for boys look extremely short because the boys were jumping into the wind while the girls had the wind at their back

They're up on www.nesportstiming.com, though it looks like they eliminated several events due to the weather I'm guessing.
Looks like Koloseus didn't end up running at either invite.

Meet was cancelled after the girl's 1600 because Trinity's track floods with too much rain and there were massive puddles in lane 1 around the entire oval.
