Just for a short time next Tuesday afternoon until Friday afternoon. I'm staying in South Orange. Anyone want to run with me or have any good places to run near there?

South Orange is about a half hour from Lewis Morris Park, I'd gladly meet you there and show you around. I'm sure we could find a small group of guys to run with as well.

I'm cool with that. What is your usual run Wednesday (Wednesday would probably work the best for me). I'll be just starting up the winter base so I probably would be around 7-9.

I've only just started up as well and the good thing about the park is that it is real easy to run tag on distance. Whatever you want is fine with me, if I feel the need to run more I'll tag on.

Ha there are plenty of gentle trails there as well. Patriots Path is flat as a pancake.
