Any one has any ideas on how i can train for polevaulting in the off season winter and fall

have you been to any camps? I know there's some actual Pole Vaulting sites on the Net. You should check those out. Google it

yeah definately google it theres alot of stuff out there. im doin a program at a college during the winter like every sunday nite we get to vault. but check out things in your area.
