Things are falling apart up in Shang Gri La....lots of issues..Interesting things happen when folks get their own ideas..

they did leave. they raced in a college open race. lane quit right after nationals due to a stress facture in her foot. she has been slowly recovering as has nicole. blood droped out of the 5k yesterday right at the 3k, people have been saying it was intentional, much like a workout. has far as the kranics quiting. thats 100% not true
