Bit of advice, kid: Louisiana isn't known for having any good distance runners. Saying a 4:36 is the best state ranked time is equivalent to saying that Louisiana is garbage. 2nd in the 2 mile with over 10 mins is even worse.

However, I'm not going to bash you. I do realize that Louisiana is hot as hell and about as humid as a tropical rainforest, so those times really aren't that bad.

Also, another bit of advice: On dyestat everyone seems to run under 9:30 for the 2 mile and 4:30 for the mile......

It doesnt matter, im just really worried about the people in new orleans right now, i'm watchin the fox news channel right now. The wierd thing is(i live on the other side of louisiana, by texas) I didnt feel anything from this storm, its just funny how that works ya know? The morning the hurricane hit the only thing i felt was a 5-10mph breeze that was cool on my morning run :confused: just makes ya wonder ya know? I've heard so many freaking rumors about what they are gonna do with the schools down there and stuff, one rumor i found to be funny was that they are gonna combine all the best runners from that area(all the best runners in louisiana live in the baton rouge, new orleans region) are gonna go to like one school and they might actually go to nike team nationals this year, haha, that will never happen, just one big rumor. I know a lot of runners in that area from summer track and stuff, it I havent talked to them on the internet ever since this hurricane hit, im starting to get worried. :( Another one is they might have the kids come enroll in my area as well as other areas of the state for now. JUST RUMORS! Thats why im watching the fox news channel, to try to see what is really going on. If yall hear anything post it on here. Please pray for these people at least and if possible send supplies to your nearest red cross. I plan on going to the store tonight to go by supplies and send it to them.

"FOr bout 50 years the school record of eating most mac and cheezes bowls at lunch hadn't been broken. It was a big time 27. So deez year i wanted too beez a cool kid on the block and beat it.
