whoa a NV, are you a fast guy?
My standing vertical is 32-33"
standing triple is atleast 28'
standing long is 9'6" (same as you)
PR high jump 6'2"
long jump and triple, i dont know but lower then you NV. So I am assuming that you are a fast person considering you jumpd 21 and 44 with a 22" vertical

unfortunately i am not a very fast person. my best 100m is only 12.3ish but i never do it. i could be faster and not know it. adrenaline on the runway does some amazing things to your speed. i have a great coach who totally drills tech into us, and that's what i depend on. i have way better tech than the other jumpers i compete against, but they have that magic thing called natural talent.
mmmm So If I have a great tech and a "regular speed" I could jump a 46´in triple and 23`in Long jump?

yeah like i said, our coach has drilled awsome tech into us. my bro kinda sucks though. most freshmen at our school are expected to go 40 just because we have a pretty good program. we never have much talent, but we always have decent jumpers.
Freshmen at your school are supposed to jump >40'? Wow. Last year we didn't even have one guy over 40'. Our running is good, particularly distance, but our field events are abysmal.

we're the opposite. last year we only had one runner make it to state and she was a jumper also. we always have several field event people go. we are actually in a slump in jumping. last year i was the best and i am not very good. at on point we had a 46 and a 48 foot jumper, but they were overshadowed by our freshmen who went 44 and went on to mid 51's senior year.
by the way, our best distance runner ran a 4:52 and an 11:12 just to give you perspective on how our runners are.

Its hard to believe that you could have that type of standing LJ and Triple with only a 22" Vert. Those are all tests which measure pure explosiveness, and for the first two to be pretty decent but not have a higher vert is really weird.
