They didn't race Shaker at Arcadia. Granted, their 800 times added up weren't that impressive (for their standard), but Dan ran well (I'd say). But Shaker and Syosset didn't race each other, so I don't know what you mean by that. Shaker was terrific, but Syosset didn't lose: they didn't race.
