There is an open/college meet of the same name this weekend at TCNJ. Should be a decent 5k for any HS'er who couldn't get into the 3k or mile at penn.

I know at least one that should be in the 5k. Its a pretty big meet. Last year over 1000 athletes from all over. Last year, TRN put a few guys in. Among that, Dan Bingham took second in the steeple witha 9:27 which is pretty good for somebody when they are in high school. I'd guess it was also his first time doing it.

Does anyone have results for the HS meet at Middletown North? I couldn't get the Asbury Park Press today.
