I had a pain on my left heel down near the base. I stopped running for a while to let it heal and I got new shoes for more padding. Now after about a week in these new shoes, the left heel is better but the right heel is acting up. Its the same place that the left heel had the injury.
Should I get my running shoes fitted by a running store or someone like that? Or what is wrong?
