Quigly ran a 1407 at penn today. another impressive run in addition to his 2859? he already ran this year. As a redshirt freshman who only ran 916? in hs, he's come along ways.

Another person who's come a long ways is Mike Fisher. He ran 9:40s for the 2 mile and 4:38 for the mile in HS, and now he's running 15:06 in the 5k.
