Great run from Tom Falvey, 14:15 a pretty significant PR from him. Also, Tim Mulligan, assistant at Colts Neck, 14:38...meaning by this time Beenthere had probably been there at them meet for quite some time...oooh, thats a bad pun. College of NJ and Toms River East (not North according to my Wife) alum, Noel Whittal 17:14 in Womens OD race.
Based on results, the races still are not as deep or full as they once were, 10ks still pretty sparse. They used to be pretty stacked, a number of men under 29, many under 30 in the 10k. Never as fast (ask Joe LeMay...28:26 in 1996 winning, 2nd at Oly Trials and didn't get to go!) as Mt. SAC or now Stanford, but a good option for East Coast types.
