Does your neck ever get sore doing these? Like moreso than your abs?

you're pulling on your neck to much or doing something incorrectly because your neck shouldn't be sore at all

Cross your arms at your chest and your neck wont hurt. Don't put your arms behind your head for said reason. If you do...use it to stabilize, don't pull your head up- you're using you arms and not abs, which defeats the original puprose.

yea i had a teammate who got migranes from doing push-ups. He never really figured out what it was, but recently he got an MRI for it.
