Outoors, if I'm not mistaken, 4:21 (sophomore year at states) because he was injured last year.
He will run something really fast in the 4x8 finals. I think he'll split 1:51 and WJ will surprise and get 3,4 in 7:46. Hey, maybe he can pull a Randy Lee and they can win it. If they keep it close, he'll be in there.

Then I would think that that is normal progression. Most people knock off about 6 seconds from their indoor mile, of course, unless you've reached certain limits as far as time goes.
