Very good run by Sam. Great job to him. He has really turned a leaf this year and has been running great. Nice to see him beat a fellow Footlocker guy in Mitric as well.

Loyola ran pretty good at Penn..not a PR by Romo (29:37 PR earlier in season), but still a good race for him. I talked to Burns before they went to Penn about their 4x1600 chances, and he hit it right on the money. He predicted a 16:45-50 range, and they finished 10th with a 16:49...I was pretty impressed. I love seeing Sam running well.

wow. what a career he is having so far.14:14 is no P.R., the guy ran 14:04 a few weeks ago, the guy is a stud, I am glad I get to train with him sometimes :D
