I'm really not gonna have too much, but I'll give what I have off the top of my head (it was an amazing meet overall with some blazing times).
York wins with 119 points
LT second with 111
Prospect third with 107
4x8 was great, came down to a kick between craven and dettman I think, Prospect takes the win, York second, and four or five teams under 8 minutes
mile - Winnebago kid wins with a 4:12 (57 second last quarter), closely followed by Dettman and Marchese(not sure which one was second), then Kuph and Maier topped out the top five
dont remember much about the duece other than the winning time was 9:06 for one of the Yorkies
the last bit I remember is Fairbairn winning the shot with a throw of 59-4
i think that was murray and dettman in the 4x800

Who were the three Prospect kids other than Murry. Also, what did Murray split on that relay?

Prospect's 4x8 went as such:
Jay Renaud - 1:57.5
Nick Andante (Sorry if I spelled his name wrong) - 1:58.3
John Jenkins - 1:57.2
Mike Murray - 1:55.5
Great job by those guys to really show what they can do.

lol - does anyone have results from the 800? And what dettman ran the mile - the one who ran the 4x8 or the one who ran the 3200 - and did the other dettman run a second event?
Eric Dettman won the 3200 in 9:06. Craven was second in 9:08. Finley ran around 9:14 for third and Havel ran just about the same for fourth. Last I checked Havel is only about ten seconds off the freshman national record and he seems to want to go after it.
Matt Dettman ran a great leg in the 4x8, I didnt get his split though but I believe it was 1:55-56. He came back and ran 4:15-17 in the 1600.

yeah, got to pay some respect to stevens, that time is ridiculous
Official time was 4:15.60, I believe. Just missed meet record run by York's Jim White. Awesome of Mt. Prospect to let him run in the race. He will be running in Hawk Relays on Saturday.
Anyone have splits on E. Dettman's 3200?

I agree that it was very impressive what he did, and nice of Prospect to let him run. The only thing that i dont understand is why they included him in the team score, along with the Palatine guys that only ran 2 events.

Why does it matter that there were no more people from those teams? I they got points for themselves, they got the points. At state, they don't not give people points because they do not have big team contingents in the meet.

Although it was very "nice" of Prospect to let these individuals compete, I'm sure they still had to pay a team entry fee just like the other schools. This is why they have a team score.
