we just found out yesterday at penn...he came with our team to get to know the coach and the kids a litte better - our coaches have been keeping this quiet for a while now
he's gonna be transfering next fall so he'll be joining us for xc - it was too late to transfer for spring

Theresa Rush is transferring there too. They got her a sweatshirt with "Rush" on the back and she couldn't resist. She'll be so thrilled to hear that her busom buddy Charlton is joining her!

stranger things have happened, but I kind of doubt this... probably something like those two mile times from the Knight Time Inv...
If he does transfer I'm not sure it'd be Lynbrook..... his folks would have to move from GC to Lynbrook.... not saying there is anything wrong with L'brook

Well if this is true, Charles White going to Lynbrook will certainly have incredible effects on next years XC season. Lynbrook will definitely be the big favorite to win counties with Charles White leading the team, especially with the loss of the Tullys, Howell, Denby, and others from Syosset. If Rush goes to Lynbrook that team will have two of Nassau County's most rambunctious kids. Any thoughts?

silly rumors like this are not good for Lynbrook or Charles White or GC...
neither Rush or White are going anywhere anytime soon...

Rented an apartment in Lynbrook? That would mean that he would have to go to school in lynbrook in order to compete for them right? To abandon their house in Garden City 5 days a week just so their son can help a high schoo track team win a few championships seems illogical. His parents would have to care more about track and field then they would anything else to make such a large sacrifice. I GUESS IT MUST BE TRUE! :rolleyes:
