I believe bekele split 1313-1307 in his wr attempt. I think Gebs was more even but im not sure.

bekele also split 1352-1257 and Geb 1352-1258 at the world championships in 03'.

Bekele's mile splits for his 5k world record was 4:05, 4:03, 4:03 + 26sec. = 12:37

I'll give you the info i have in my stat book.....for bekele's 26:20.31 10K on 6/8/04, his 5K's were 13:14.42 / 13:05.89. His last 1000M was 2:21.96 !!!
