Preseason Goals

The winter season is right around the corner and everyone's minds are focused on this years goals. My goals are this to get over 40 in triple and get over at least 17 this year for long. I did had 38 for triple last year s0o hopefullt this year will be a really good one for me !!!!

Long - 17'? I'm not sure, and I'm not all that good at it.
