The time has come, xc is over and now it is indoor track season. :D :D :D I know most teams have not meat yet, but how are individuals looking?
I know i've breakin into the 40s for shot put and want to get that conference title.
If i sound a little to excited its because ive been waiting for track to start since june and i am excited.

I figure ill try this year, who knows I may be getting mid-high 30's to follow suit. best be hittin those weights o mine now.
im expecting some freakin awesome races. and pole vault.

ha sorry couldn't resist. I've also been looking forward to the start of this since I haven't actually raced since last June.

I want to make a thread for Indoor and Outdoor so we can have just one instead of two and look back for stuff, but I wanted to see what you guys thought first. I didn't want to steal the thread away from you EaglesThrower, so if you want to keep it the way it is I'm fine with it.

nice catch, just hope my coach, Leeds doesnt read it, he is the Head of the English dept. He'd make me to laps forever
so anyways, hows your foot riggles, i dont wont to see another Coca incident from suffield this year. someone has to challange d-mac. besides carlson.

Nope dont mind at all, i understand ur thinking and agree with it, i liked doing that last year with the old thread
