There is potential for a couple good matchups, not propect invite esque but 800 probably will have a couple name players that will drop a nice time, 3200 and 16 will all be won under state cut i believe. The 4 x 8 will also but that is more determined by line ups, and libertyvile already sub 8. Carmel, Barrington, and Stevenson all have teams that can challenge them and beat them if they run guys there but that is all line up based.

That's why I didn't. Though it might be added that Entwistle and myself won our respective 9:55's by a lot and Fresen's comes from BG indoor 2 mile. I believe we're all running the 3200 tomorrow though.

Well I think they set up a world class field studed with the likes of Ben Witte(nice kid) representing Waucanda and um someone maybe from Zion? On the world class surface of Waucanda high school(there are only holes in a few spots in lane one.


Basically they are just having a time trial as it probably last chance entwistle has at running a fast 3200 and since they really havent gotten opportunity to run a 3200 they figure let the guys battle it out get some PR's, get used to a faster pace.

Fresen by at least 25 seconds in the 2 mile over Trap. Ill take 95 mile/week base over Trap anyday.

Breck was 9:33, i thought him and wes were 4:27, tim lyons was actually like 4:33... taylor wasn't in the mile, injured after 4x8, entwistle's open 800 was 1:59.8, but it should be noted he tried to take wes and didn't hold on last 200 meters... entwistle vs. sheldon both fresh would be something.
