It can be at state opens. 30 points is huge at that meet.

Marcus Tracey is a beast. He might win 3 events at opens. He's improving with leaps and bounds at each meet, and thats saying alot, especially with the times he's running allready.

School and events? Even pulling off 2 victories at state open would be very impressive.

Newtown, ran a 2:00 800M yesterday in the rain, and apparently has run sub or near sub 49 seconds in the 400M, as well as blazing times in the 100 and 200.

even if some one can off set myles he has his crew the whole damn team, the throwers the sprinters and the distance team from nfa..maybe you need to look up some results and see where people are in the state instead of your own back yard

We're not talking teams at the moment, we're talking individuals capable of scoring massive amounts of points. Bradley, Ray, Tracey, etc all fit the description thus far.

ward and croff are going to be pretty unstoppable however there will be other runners that can come between them

winning by almost 25 seconds.
1 Shelton 'A' 8:08.80 8:00.62 10

anybody have splits for shelton? thats a very good time, wow.

I'm pretty sure thier splits were simliar to thier HP ones. 2:00.x for Hope, 2:01.x, 2:01.x, 1:57.x for padilla. This is based on my first leg; knowing i was a few steps back and then hearing their coach scream "common, 1:57 goes sub 8" or something like that. Heads up for the next few meets: the second padilla didn't run in thier SCC relay

I think he's been out with a groin injury and has been taking it a bit easy so he can do well at states, but that may have passed a few weeks ago.
Tracey didn't run in SWC's due to a hamstring pull/strain.
