Does anyone have information on the york indoor track invitational this year? Also will there be any sprinters there this time? Because i would like to come down with a few other college guys and run a few races before the indoor track season starts, as well as make a serious 4*400 team.

Its Sunday, Janurary 7th - $5 per event, $10 per relay. Sign up for events at the meet EXCEPT for the invitational mile, which is beforehand

To get "invited" for the mile you need to send an email to Coach Kern (Assistant XC Coach, Head Track Coach) With times and such

A 4:45ish should get you into the invite


It takes place on York's indoor track, which is a nice full 200m (comapred to the 160m of most others) and you CAN wear 1/8" needle spikes
