Which of these times is the best?

1200: 3:06 indoor (armory) accurate split
800: 1:57.15 outdoor open
1000: 2:32.03 indoor (flat track 200m) open
400: 50.5 outdoor split

Your 1200 is the best of em all.

Yeah i agree that your 1200 is the best then probally your 1k.

The 400 time is pretty good too, but I would guess that's just your aerobic system carrying over. So I won't include the 400.

The 1200 is the best. Then definitely your 800 time. The paces for your 1K and your 1.2k are almost the same.

1200 is excellent, and even the 50.5 is fast for a non-sprinter.
