now that FLNE is over most peoples cross country seasons are over. i was wondering how much time ppl are going to take off and what this week is going to be like for them

i took off...about ..hmm lets see how long did it take me to get home when my season ended a couple weeks ago..
i took off about 54 minutes

i dropped from about 45 to about 23 ( a little low) but i am not doing indoor ... just nordic so i'll be skiing which will cross over

haha yeah i took sunday off and im running around 25 to 35 miles this week.
im also going to see if i can run with d1 if im not needed for a dual meet. i did last year once.

NA im pretty sure we dont ... our team is really small and we suck big time lol we just race class M/S teams... but i might be wrong.. o wait no i think we do in the NH series (maybe)

In skiing (probably applies more to alpine) do the class M/S teams actually do better than the class L teams because a lot of the schools are from up North where they can get better training (mountains - again, applies more to alpine)?

My coach is letting me take a week off because Im running like **** right now and also feel like ****... Basically the past 3 weeks :( All my times have gone done by well over a minute the last 3 weeks :(

yea they do but our team is more like a group of xc runners falling in the snow lol na actually we are ok and this year i think we have a COACH !! but yea m/s are really strong most of them train at gunstock , waterville, or holderness, Dylan McGuffin is like the fastest kid in the state .. he's insane

I'm taking like 3 days off and then start out slow and easy and build myself up and start to get ready for the indoor season.
