I think those are just seed times, so does anyone know if they have ran those seed times?

Thanks for catching the seed times vs. real times... You guys may have also seen that Lopez did 3:57.33 for the 1500 at the Raleigh Relays on 3/25; and 4:02.46 at the Captain's Classic on 4/2. Didn't google any of Dominic's races.

Still....pretty darn good man. they are both right around their awesome state meet times from last year (1:50.33, 4:10.12-1600M)
Those dudes have developed some serious ability over the years and it'll be good to see them do well in DI cross country in the fall.....i'm assuming their school is DI

They are getting there, and Norfolk is hardly the hot bed of distance/middle distance running in the East/SE.
