Can a non-LI runner run unattatched at this meet and just not count towards Empire State qualifications? How come none of the other regions, namely Hudson Valley, have their act together in terms of getting their info out about Empire trials?
Anyone know of any legit runners planning on running any legit times at these meets?

I don't think I've ever seen LITF get this material out so early and I don't recall ever seeing it online more than once in the past four years (despite having looked repeatedly).

You can compete as a Guest athlete in this Meet. Spread the word to others...

We're trying to get our Meet applications out earlier each year. The biggest problem relates to getting facilities to approve dates and times far enough in advance. Until contracts are signed, you cannot put out applications, just in case disasters occur. The more active support we get from the athletes, demanding access to community facilities at reasonable prices, dates and time lengths, the more we can offer you.

if there's no confirmation for the entries you send in do you just assume they got your entry and show up ready to run on june 11?

I'll be running the 1500 and I think I'm kinda quick sometimes.

You had better get your entry in the mail, then. There will be no exceptions to the pre-entry requirement. Download the entry at www.litf.org.
