Yea well im tryin to find some videos for pole vault and long jump...so I can work on my form and get some ideas..if anyboy knows of any, can u send them to me or just put them into this thingy..thanx

well, for pole vaulting you can't go wrong with: http://www.polevault.com/polevaultfilmclips/
