yeah.. i had my arm sewed back on that night.. i was on track to run a 1:10.. oh well. there's always next week to set a universal record. but hey on a happier note, the centrifugal force gave me a couple extra inches where it counts..:)

remind me what the state record is, i knew at one time, i know the state meet record is by a guy from pearl ricky crutcher or somthing like that at around 4:18, but im not sure what the overall state record is
