Well, I am a girl, so my shot and disc are smaller, but for competitions my PRs are:

Shot Put: 27'5"

Not super, but everyone says its good for a freshman. When I learn to spin I will do better.

My throwing experience is limited and from the perspective of a heptathlete that had never thrown in HS before.

^^^^i threw every day in off-season (literally) i actually threw so much that i started getting stress fractures in my fore-arm, had complete inactivity for my arm for 2 weeks, and the meet i threw 57'1" is when i came back from my injury. oh yeah, i hate discus.

I am a middle distance runner who started throwing javelin for fun and my coach entered me in a meet and i got 126'3 i dont know if thats good or not i know nothing about javelin which wouldnt surprise most I am a pretty small kid. Should i keep trying, or do i have no chance?
