just thought i'd make the first thread in this new area. not many throwers on dyestat, but its all good. I tryed **** put in 8th grade for the heck of it, and won in a duel meet by 10 feet. also tryed it again and discus as a soph. in a jv meet and threw 75 in the disc and 33 in the shot i think? that's my only experience with throwing, so there u have it.

my little brother threw 117' in the disc in 8th grade. he throws about 136' now as a frosh. me? i can chuck the disc like 70's and he just makes fun of me. but i am a distance runner. but that is why i run and not throw lol
