Boys Invitational mile will be going off this afternoon, featured athletes are DMac and BRD :cool: . Should be pretty sick concidering BRD has run 916 3200 a few weeks ago and split 152 and open ran a 153 at the schenectady invy on thureday :eek: . I know its late, but any last min predictions?

BRD won in an official time i think of 4:15 (we had him at :14) for 1600...Shaffer was 2nd in 4:23 (comming back from broken toe) w/ Dan in 3rd.

observations: devey took it out preety agressively, no one made an attempt to go with. i dont know the the first lap but Dan was leading the chase pack at 65. I'm preety sure i heard BRD @ 2:05 at the half. Later that day he came back to anchor the winning SMR (1:55 or :56) and was on the winning 4x4. Something was obviously up w/ Dan, don't know what. Didn't seem himself.

Nisky guys i think set the 4x1600 meet record...
Toga won the DMR in the 10:40's??? (could be close to meet record)

Devey was out in 61, 2:05 sounds about right for the half, then 3:10 for the 12, finishing in 65 for a 4:15 officially. We also had him at :14, but officials what counts. Dan looked like he was making an attempt to reel him in during laps 2 and part of 3, but BRD was just stretching it out. Matt caught Dan with 100 to go and went right by. I think Dan was 4:30 or so.
