ok heres my problem......... for our county we have different teams or like rankings for triple jump and just a little ago i was two spots higher in my county. The last meet i had a reallly crappy meet and was amazingly slow and two people under me jumped farther than me, so now after the entire season now i have to be able to find a really good jump and pr by 6 or 7 inches by two weeks from now so i was just wondering if anyone could help give me somethings to do that would really help me in these next two weeks and also not hurt me or tire out my legs to much that i wont jump as well!! ok thanks if anyone can help
