Not alot of drama in any of the distance races. Peddie's Rachel Provost ran a tough triple, went out hard to the front in the 1600 (5:14) 800 (2:23) and 3200 (11:37) and dared somebody to run with her, really nobody did and she won all 3 pretty convincingly, although had to answer a late challenge from Lawrenceville girl in the 800. She looks fit, could be a 5:00 threat in the right race outdoors.

On the boys side, St. Ben's Jarrett won the 1600, never pressed, out front the whole way, same with MKA's Naranjo in the 3200. He, by the way, ran a nice double at Colonial Hills Conference on Monday, could be a 9:30ish guy at MoC, which certainily won't win, but could be top 4-5.

Incidentally, St. Ben's should win by more points than it already did...in the boys 3200 the 5th placer from Gill St. Bernard's was definitely 6th, a lap behind the listed 6th placer from St. Ben's.
