she's gotta win a national title first

then she qualifies for second-team all-state

come on, we're pretty strict on this

That was an amazing race. I too saw her 3200 at the Group 3 meet and this one. Simply phenomenal.

is she going to maryland for the nationals?
is blood staying here or flying back for the nationals?
if sed hooks up with ryan in the natioals two mile it could be a sub 10:15 race.
nice job with the solo time trial, brit.

A few things on this amazing run:

1. 10:19.x winning by almost 33 seconds is really impressive

2. If you convert Blood's 3K time up, it is almost identical to this two mile mark.
23.33 +19 would be 42.x probably the conversion at this pace?

Would be a great matchup if they could meet.

Also , one has to wonder, what Sedberry just an amazing talent, has missed so much training time over the years, may be able to run with uninterrupted time.

Outstanding performance by Sedberry. Congrats to her.

Would not call her a Nicole Blood, but this performance is tremendous. As fast as Huddle in HS (indoors).

I just watched Blood's interview on Dyestat and I can tell you she flew out to CA today and she's staying there for a bit then coming back for National Scholastics where she'll run the 2 mile and then shes going to keep her same training but run for Royal High School out there before she heads to Oregon.
