I just posted the time, I think it is mediocre, but he's going to be real good next year, and towards the end of this season... I think besting a field by nine seconds in the wind is okay.

yea, i'm not complaining that you posted it, i love anderson, just comenting. he ran 9:06(??) indoors, so i can seem him getting around 3:50 (1500)

4:01 as mrr said is about 4:20.xx for yards..
IF Andersen runs 3:50 that would be really good..I am not sure that he is a 4:08.xx miler that would be 4:06.xx 1600 which is way faster than he has ever run , even once

ran 4:11 at meet of champs, but got DQ'ed for elbowing, so if you count that, its not all that hard of a step to take. running 9:06 yards indoors shows he's in shape, and can run fast before speed work. i say he gets pretty close to 3:50 assuming he focuses on that.

I just saw that Anderson is running the OD 5k at Penn Relays. He will have some South Jersey runners in the race also:
Karl Savage-Eastern
Jay Wassel-Highland
Tim Callinan-Gloucester Catholic??

Carlos Martins is also running in the race. Anybody know how old he is? He must be in the late 30's.
