LOUISIANA AGREES TO BECOME THE SECOND NEW YORK BOARD
Wednesday, February 22, 2006 - The leaders of the Louisiana board have come to terms with New York regarding the annexation of the board into New York territory. As said by the primary controller of the Louisiana board, "New York is just much cooler than other states. Seeing that this board has no activity, we just decided to give it to the state that we feel most secure with."
New York will officially take control of the Louisiana board on Thursday, February 23, 2006 after some minor paper work is settled and the people have one last time to enjoy the board that once belonged to Louisiana. This will be a drastic change, but all agree that it will be for the best. As said by one commentator on the issue, "I am sad about the loss of the board, but I am glad that it is going to be in the hands of New York because those guys are just pretty awesome. I mean, come on."
