How much water do you guys drink during an average meet? I usualy drink 4-5 bottles, my record being 8. I just wanted to know if I'm abnormal, or if every drinks that much water durings meets.

i drink only like one bottle of water and like a gatorade, powerade, and propel

you really dont need that much. you should be hydrated before the meet imo. waters good, but id suggest drinking more before.

All you need is enough water to make you piss clear. Two-three should take care of that, not 8.
