I'm thinking of getting a pair and was just wondering how much of a difference they make. I am currently jumping in a pair of distance flats.

umm they make a difference def. in stability and in your plant. I personally use the ascis cyber high jump just because they give me so much traction. The nikes and the mizuno are good also

I use the Asics too. They definately have a huge advantage over non-HJ spikes.

I am new to the site. But, I have been reading this forum for a couple of weeks now. I use the Asics Cyber Jumps too, I don't know if the necessarily improve your jump, but they definitely are comfortable, I don't really know what else there is to it.

if you compare the mesh on the bottom of the cyber high jump and the nike zoom high jumps and the mizunos u will find that the ascis are alot more umm pointy?? cant think of a word they deff have more traction but they all pretty much do the same thing. For safety reasons though its much better to have a high jump spike then not to have one when high jumping
