In Article one it states the State of Louisiana will abide by the Constitution of The United States of America. And in the Constitution of The United States of America, the president or any other elected officals will be elected by a majority. And DARK HORSE one vote is not a majority. You would need at least 6 votes in the so called election you had. So therefore YOU ARE NOT PRESIDENT OF LOUISIANA and only may the people of the State of Louisiana may vote for the president. This poll http://www.dyestat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=23018 is invalid because we have no idea of who voted and where they are from. So as acting lawyer in this matter I believe that a revote is needed with an open poll knowing who votes and then the location on your name needs to state where your from and then on the forum you need to provide some evidence that you are from Louisana.
