Where oh where have all of you been this season? I haven't seen one race or result... :(

Especially Schmidty...how's that gangsta doin?

Last time i saw good old buckley he was yelling at his team for running a 8:30 (or something like that) 4 by 8 at armory.

Schmidty... last seen trying to make millrose mile..

He was also complaining of back problems.
He stated, "The team was getting really heavy on his back."

after being sick at indoor states i injured myself about two weeks later and have been out since with achilles tendonitis. just started running three days ago. hopefully i can get in good 800 shape in the next week for cities.

the rest of the team has had some minor injuries here and there. nothing too special. we look to be shaping up nice for the 4x8 though so well see.
