mines or shorter cuz i tend to loose my speed as i get further back, so the quicker i can get there, the better

and why isn't 91 feet true? There are probably thousands of other kids with 91 feet

both of my jump marks are the same....
Long and Triple is like 74 and i take runs thrus and usually move it from there depending on how much im back or over
it seems easy for me to accelerate and reach full speed at the last two steps

lol i dont even know mine .. i get a new one every meet ..

but in the last meet i really had trouble keeping it the same for ea jump

I just saw a kid today do a 5 step approach and jump 46'. it looked like he got almost no speed

dang ..

in todays meet i had to stutter on the last attempt to avoid scratching .. it was my last jump and i was so worried about scratching cuz my steps have been off .. but i still hit 40"3 .. trying for 41 next week

I think this week i'll get me an official starting mark lol

Bump!

I have never gotten a marker for high jump. Every jump I start from somewhere a little bit different. I just wing it.:)

103' for long and triple as of last summer (2 left foot step mark at 79')


we'll see if that has changed much at practice next week

I lengthened my run up, so now I am close to 120 feet. I take 9 strides though, most people do 7 or 8 ive noticed.

~106' for LJ and TJ
10',65' for HJ.

EDIT: Ran my approach for the first time this season, and now it's back to 71'6"... still not concrete yet though.

15', 50' for HJ is my mark, but I'll shuffle to my mark for a moving start.

120 feet for LJ, 18 step approach.

113'6" long and 117'6" triple as of last season. We'll see what this year brings.
