Shot Put Help

My name is Kyle Moschkin, I'm a junior at La Sierra High School in RIverside, CA. I've just recently been trying out the spin technique for shot put at practice and was hoping I could get some pointers on this forum. I have a clip from an all comers meet I went to in Santa Monica but I don't know how to post videos or if I can at all. Anyone know how??

This isn't a very active posting place for real help. Instead, I'll suggest some other places that you should be able to get a lot of your questions answered.

Yeah, it really is Nelson. That is kind of why he wore the throwclean.com shirts most every meet last season for advertisement ;)
