Not Sadam...but the guy who ran 2:08:10 in the marathon last year at age 38 who became American supposdily last year. Was this brought up before? I never heard aobut this until reading it on Letsrun's front page.

He runs the Honolulu Marathon every year. He would do this thing where he comes to all the high schools and talks to the cross country teams. He talked to our team and did a workout with us. He won in umm...'98, '01 and '02..then he was top 5 since then i think..here we go.

Granted he's old...and did run a pretty slow marathon this year....he did PR with his 208:10 just last year.

haha..hmm..im not sure then. I didn't even realize the age difference thing until now. I just got the times and stuff off of the website for Honolulu Marathon. ad

Don't worry about it. Probably just a discrepancy discovered by the people in Williamsport, PA.
