Which do you guys jump off? My jumping leg is my left. I can LJ with my right almost as far as with my left though.

is it true for triple jump that if someone is almost equal using both feet they will have more success at triple??

if one leg is up to par with the strong leg .. then of course

ps .. i dont really know which one is my stronger leg ..
i start my triple with my left
i don't long .. but when I do, it's with my right
and my lead leg in hurdles is my left ..

most HJers defintely use left, I feel so out of place when i HJ cause i go off my right

i go of my right foot but the guy who won the 2006 ncaa d 1 indoors jumped of his right. He put up like 7' and a couple inches

If you are going to post a height, at least make it more specific than "7' and a couple inches." Winner jumped 7'6", Jesse Williams from USC.
Jumping off your right or left has no bearing on how good you can be, it's just your stronger leg or which way you feel more comfortable.

sorry, i was just trying to get the point across that there are a lot of good jumpers that go of there right. NOT that left foot jumpers are better than right foot ones. Also I was just being lazy so did not put up correct number of inches. my appologies to Jesse Williams.;)
