What times have you girls been getting in these races?

100-i dont run that
200-25.4(in relay)
400-59.8
800-2:22

i must say... your 100 time is impressive... lol

but i think sub 60 for a 400 is impressive for a girl... only like 1 or 2 girls can do that on my schools girls team..., theres a few sophmores and freshman that run 2:22 and a few jrs/srs that run faster... and the 200 i really don't know whats good for girls... i think 25.4 is pretty respectable... id have to say the 400 is the better time tho

Relay splits will generally be faster because you're already going when you get the baton. Both your 200 and 400 times are very good. Better than mine. 800 is excellent, too.

Mine (open):
100 -- 12.6
200 -- 26.5
400 -- 61.9 (i usually don't run the open 400)
800 -- 2:34 (i don't run this at all. i ran the open once this year and the relay twice...basically just training for that 400.)

My best relay splits:
200 -- 25.9
400 -- 60.1
800 -- 2:32

i think those times are good for a girl, mid 25s where i live would get you to sectional championships, not state, but sectionals

this girl on my team runs a 58 high 400 and shes the fastest in the county

lol- you mean the 400 hurdles? Because that doesn't put her in the top 50 or so, does it? At least I watched Becka Noble run about two weeks ago, a 54 low.

i would say out of those 4 times the 800 is the best .. or maybe the 400 . 'dno .. but yea good job :)

there are 2 freshman that are twins and they run 54.? 400's!

well beccas like 2nd in the nation. so you cant really put her on the same scale as most other 400 runners.

yes, you're times are very good. i think that your 200 time is the best. a girl at are school got 7th in state and i dont think she was as fast as you. but im not sure.
